Age Appropriate - changes and improvements

I've been thinking about the presentation of this blog. I've started to improve the general 'look' by finally getting around to changing my header. I tried changing it before, but for some reason, it wouldn't upload on my Mac. I ended up having to bring in the photograph to work on my memory stick and uploading it there using the crappy PCs we have to use. I do love that picture, it's an advertisement from Abercrombie and Fitch, but I added my title to it to make it more personal. I don't like the typeface though, I wanted to use the Sand typeface but that wasn't an option in Photoshop. Any ideas?

Um, I was thinking about changing the colours as well. The white background looks a bit stark sometimes, so don't be surprised if things look somewhat different over the next few days. I'm in an experimental mood! Don't worry though, things will remain very tasteful, of course.

Goin' shirtless for summer!

One of the best things about the warm summer weather? Guys taking off their shirts and walking around shirtless. Sure, they may not always look like an Abercrombie and Fitch model, but you gotta give 'em props for making an effort to cheer up our day.

Well, summer finally decided to turn up!

It's been a miserable summer so far but it looks like it's finally decided to make an appearance. Days like this make me think of enjoying fun days down at the beach. I doubt that the guys down at my local beach all look like these Abercrombie and Fitch models, but at least I can dream..

Motivation, motivation..!

So, I've been slacking at the gym lately. Between being too busy for my own good and being called away with work recently, I haven't been as often as I'm used to so, as a result, I've been developing a nice round, soft belly. Well, it's time to take action! If I'm going to get back my Abercrombie & Fitch washboard stomach, I'm gonna have to work up some serious sweat down at the gym again.

This charming photograph is acting as my inspiration and motivation. This is how I intend to look by the end of the summer, come hell or high water!
