Deborah Harry and Blondie in concert

I was watching Comic Relief Does Fame Academy when a text came through from my Mom, telling me to switch over to another channel. BBC4 was showing a concert by Blondie from 1978 this evening. I remember seeing this gig when I was a kid, I even taped the sound on my bulky tape recorder and used to listen to it over and over.


American Idol is about to start and watching the unforgettable Deborah Harry strut her stuff at the Blondie gig reminds me how a pop star really looks and sounds.
