"Well I’m sure you’ve seen the pictures but last week I went to San Francisco to see the unveiling of the new Emporio Armani campaign I shot a while back. To be honest I was amazed by the huge billboard poster outside Macy’s department store, but even more amazed by the amount of people who turned up to see it! I’m always surprised by the amount of attention certain things create, but the attention this campaign has created is pretty incredible. It was great to meet some of the people who’d come out especially though, I’ve always wanted to visit San Francisco, so it was a great to finally get there..."

Jared Padalecki needs help with his tight underwear

Supernatural hottie Jared Padalecki needed some help with his tight underwear on his recent trip to Australia. LiveNews reports that his luggage was lost en route to the Supanova Pop Culture Expo in Sydney so he had to buy all new clothes, including underwear. Unfortunately for Jared, Australia has a different size labelling to the rest of us and the poor lad got confused:

"I had to go buy clean underwear with the crazy Australian sizes that I didn't understand. Sixteen? Eighteen? I have no idea what size I am - we do small, medium and large. They're far too small - they're like a thong. It's embarrassing."

WTF is going on here? The poor guy finds himself in Sydney, Australia which is, like, an epicentre of homosexuality and there wasn't even a single gay guy around to help him out with his undies? For shame!

Ah, San Francisco. Whenever I hear that name I think of the Judy Garland song except I was taught it by an old queen with an alternative lyric which started off something like:

I can't remember the rest and a google search didn't bring any results. Maybe it's just something that's orally passed down through the generations. What if I was The One chosen to carry on the proud tradition? Oh it's a shame I've only got cotton wool between my ears.

So what's this got to do with David Beckham? Nothing. This is just an example of why I shouldn't blog in the mornings, I'm way too fuzzy.

Hot and sticky Kerry Degman

I'm not enjoying the weather at all at the moment, it's so humid and sticky. I'm asthmatic so it's the worst kind of weather for me and I just spent the bank holiday staying at home, sitting around in my underpants in an effort to try and keep cool and avoid any breathing problems. It's a hard life for an asthma sufferer sometimes.

These shirtless photographs of blogaysphere hunk du jour Kerry Degman hanging around in his underpants have nothing to do with my asthma, but he's so delightful to look at and he also looks kinda hot and sticky here. He carries it better than me though. I'm just a wilted mess.

Yes, it's been a while. I haven't been posting lately as I've been unwell. I've had a chest infection which also aggravated my asthma, gave me headaches and generally turned me into the badass motherfucker from hell so I thought it would be better if I abstained from posting for a few days. I'm getting back to normal now - seeing these charming photographs of young Kerry Degman in his undies sure helped to perk me up!

Ginch Gonch, shaved balls and Velvet Sensations

I've just gotten in from eating out with a friend. We went to Velvet in Canal Street. I always like the food there, but what I especially like is the Velvet Sensation cocktail (see photo above)! It's a heady concoction of Baileys, Kahlua, Vodka, cream, ice and chocolate sauce and it's totally fabulous. I may have had several for forgive if this post meanders around a bit.

Oh, and look at the fish tank (photograph below). You can't actually see the fish, but they are lurking in there somewhere. This is in the middle of the staircase and you descend into the restaurant and you step on it as you walk down. Don't worry, the tank is actually suspended below the glass floor so the fish aren't disturbed by the vibrations of people walking on their ceiling. Cute idea, don't you think?


Anyway, guess what I saw when I went into the steam room at the gym today? That's right, this guy was shaving his bollocks. That's the second time I've seen that happen in there. When I first entered, I had a look around as it was quite dark and I wanted to make sure I didn't sit on anyone. I spotted this guy in the corner and it looked like he was shaving, so I sat on the other granite bench thinking that he wasn't being very hygienic. Anyway, as I sat down I thought that something wasn't quite right and when I looked again, I saw this guy had his swimming shorts pulled down and his cock and balls were out on display since he was cheerfully shaving his bollocks.

I just don't know what gets into some people. Whether it's not showering before getting into the swimming pool or shaving your balls in the steam room, the standard of hygiene and regard for their fellow man is definitely lacking at my gym lately!


Ooh, on a happier note, check out my new underpants! I was browsing in T K Maxx for some fig-scented candles and I happened to check out the underwear while I was in there and spotted that they had a pile of Ginch Gonch in. Now, in case you've never head of them, Ginch Gonch is an expensive Canadian brand of underwear, kind of like Aussiebum I guess. Anyway, as you can see, I treated myself to a whole bunch of 'em in different colours and styles. The low-rise briefs were a bit of a surprise though, the cheeky feckers barely cover my ass!

I went to the gym today and had a lovely swim even though the pool was quite busy and there were lots of people around which is unusual for lunch time. Anway, one thing I noticed was that there were a lot of guys walking around the pool area in just their underwear. They were using the sauna, the hot tub and a couple even went for a swim, just in their wet underwear!

Now, I'm not complaining as it's very appealing to look at as their underwear often goes transparent when wet, plus that cotton just clings to everything. What I am concerned about is the hygiene issue. I mean, they've obviously been working out in the gym first, getting all sweaty, but then instead of coming through to the wet area in a speedo or footy shorts, they're keeping on their funky underwear!

It's bad enough that these guys burp and fart in the steam room, but their smelly, wet underwear is wearing me out. Is this unusual behaviour, or is it now normal for guys wear their underwear to the swimming pool? Me, I wear a pair of perfectly adorable Abercrombie & Fitch orange tugger shorts. You can always rely on a 'mo to dress appropriately around the swimming pool.
